Q: What do I need to wear for class ?
Please wear something comfortable such as a T-shirt with track pants or dry fit shorts. Please also carry your bottle of water and a towel. Please keep your self well hydrated. We do provide hand wraps for punching. Q: I haven't worked out for a while and have never done kickboxing... Each student goes at his/her own pace during the workout, with freshers and new students, extra care is taken and more attention is given by the instructor... all are welcome. Q: How often are these classes held? How many classes can I attend? You can attend as many classes as you wish, the exact schedule will be announced by us shortly. Q: What is the length of each session? Each session is for 1 hr max to 1 hr 15 mins. The program is designed to be increasingly challenging so that you will get stronger each week. Q: Where is the studio located? The studio is in Bastora, Mapusa (North Goa). Other branches will be opened shortly. |
Tips: Avoid eating heavy before class. Eat right. Post workout, stretching is very important for the comfort and protection of your muscles. Stretching before your workout is also equally important so that the body is relaxed to move about without causing discomfort, tightness or injury.
